WTT Deep Red Ioun Stone

I found one of these and have never equipped it. I play a dex based, duel-weapon fineness build... currently level 10. (1 rogue, 1 monk, 8 ranger). I don't really know the value of this item, but i was told that it is a rare find. Please let me know if you have something to trade that would be useful for my character type. Also, please chime in if you have an opinion as to the value of this item. I do not want plats at this time, thanks.

" unsuppressed" that stone is dex +6, dex skills expectational +1( bound to charicter, min lvl 5)

witch given your current character path if you plan on tring that character unsuppressing it before you tr, would make for a very nice dex item early in your 2nd life. just an idea
