Oh geez, I usually see a price of around a million plat, maybe more. Remember, it's one million of those little orange shards, and that takes FOREVER to get enough. I know all too well since I'm trying to change TWO feats on my lvl 20 monk. D:

About a week ago you could usually buy one for about 600K plat, or you could buy a lesser heart for about 1mill (allows you to respec all your feats)
i'm not so sure what the price is after the Crystal Cove event though - maybe double?
