Greater Shocking Blow + Shocking Blow??

Has anyone tested the Epic Charged Gauntlets with the Greater Bold Trinket to see if these two effects stack?

The Greater Bold Trinket supersedes the Epic Charged Gauntlets, from what I have heard. So.. bad thing. That, coupled with the Exceptional Seeker being broken makes this a kinda useless item.

till you get litany you should get +1 to dmg

+1 competance bonus to damage aye.

But if your a fan of ship buffs, your note it doesn't stack with the +2 from the ship.

imo still a relevant effect since ship buffs cant always be maintained as not everyone is invicinicible and ppl do die... (or in cases where you MUST die (shoud part5))

As Shade said, the +2 Damage Bonus from the Hobgoblin on the ship does not stack with this.

The +1 Damage is nice, but I'm not sure if its worth my trinket slot alone nice.

Not if you can't get the epic gauntlets easily.

I think the Shocking Blow from the Greater Bold trinket and the Greater Shocking Blow from the Epic Charged Gauntlets stack. I tested it and here are my results.

First, I removed my shocking burst ToD ring and used +1 force of greater construct bane handwraps so the only electric damage should be from the trinket and gloves.

Then, beat down.

As you can see I did 2 electric damage figures at one time. One for 150 (which corresponds to the epic charged) and one for 39 (greater bold). I hit it a few more times and every time I got 2 electric damage figures. So, I would think it stacks?

I'm not saying I'm absolutely correct and please let me know if I'm wrong and they don't stack (so I can take the trinket off) but the fact that I got 2 electric damage numbers on a 20 with no other electric item on would seem to indicate it.
