Looking for uber casual/friendly guild

Hi, I am a father and tend to have to drop out due to it. I also don't get much play time.
I am currently looking for a very laid-back, easy going guild that as that nice friendly chat-it-up feel.
I don't mind helping my fellow guild mates when I can, but I prefer not to be a guild where its do "X"
amount of content with us.

Does anyone know of a guild like that?
I currently have a low lvl dwarf wiz on Orien, trying (When i can) to unlock drow so I can go drow/bard (Virt)
