and besides that, just plain WRONG...you can always SAY the worst possible scenario...doesn't mean it happens...when I see my Madstone at 20 sec or less, I switch Litany w/ Pal Lav and then pop on Madstone Boots...when it procs, Anchoring/Litany goes back on...haven't ran out of charges yet....

It is generally a bad idea to try and get a madstone proc off of Horoth.
