event items whats good whats not advice needed

Ok i've been grinding my ass off when i havnt been working this week( i will too today day off YAY. er scratch that thought apparently i get to play lumber jack with trees today ****** >_<) I'm just curious as to where these nice pieces of gear fit into my end game gear slots. Note my rogue's lv 14 but I'm planning ahead and getting her lv 20 stuff right now.

Things I'm thinking about making/have made already input would be nice.

I have 2 of these blanks none tiered yet Should I just make 1 use it as off hand or duel wield them?

I have a blank 1 made, was thinking about having one for moments you'd need a sword and board but on second thought I'll probbaly be duel wielding almost always so idk if i should make it t3 or not.

As for the hat um i have no freaking clue what to do, some have said make haggle hat 15 haggle, 6 cha, some say int 6, dd 15, or seeker 6 honestly i'm not sure which to pick.

My plan is eventually maybe put toughness on spyglass, hvy fort on ring, and maybe get a min 2 helm made and replace minos long term goal atm.

Make as many as you can before the event ends. Even if you can't think of a use for it now, you never know what the future may bring. You'll probably re-gear your character a dozen times and the more options you have, the better.

For a rogue, there are three items I think you'd want to make Epic Tier 3.

Cutthroat Smallblade
Spyglass
Duelist's Leathers

Even if you can't fit them now, make 'em. The ring is pretty sweet, too.

I'd also make a Greater Bold, Nimble, and Stalwart amulet...just in case.

I made a +6 Seeker Hat with +15 Diplomacy. Since I want to use Litany, this lets me wear Tharne's Goggles with that setup, instead of Litany + Mentau's + Bracers of the Hunter.

I guess 2. They aren't hard to make and look they'd be pretty good with Slicing, Bleeding and Corrosive Salt. I just suspect that you're eventually going to replace them with Shroud weapons instead.

Just make 1 assuming you have an ls2 or something similiar because doublestrike only applies to the main hand attack so use an ls2 rapier with small blade off hand for instance.

Dont forget the +3 UMD STACKS with the Cartouche when you upgrade the Spyglass all the way! Not sure if you need the extra UMD for your Rogue, but I sure did for my Human Sorcerer .

Also, with Spot +20, Search +20, True Seeing, and as you mentioned the +2 Exceptional INT - these make awesome non-fighting Trinkets, that you can swap over to your Bloodstone with you are in melee.

Also, I put Seeker +6 on my Pirate Hats for my Melee's, so I could make then exceptional Seeker +2 Trinkets - something else to think about - balanced out with how much time you have to grind the event today.

I ran 20 yesterday - total of 50 so far - and hope to get in 4 or more tonight depending on how early I can sneak out of work, and how often the door opens...
