The guy I need it on is a TR who has the Tier3 Silver Flame Necklace. I think its ML 11 though.

The Sacred Helm from the Red Fens is ML7 deathblock item AFAIK. It is BtC though and might need a few runs to get it.

Nontheless you can craft another one... put the ml 11 in the bank go ask for a new base item...
