20th Reaver and.....

not one dam +3 tome...in fact no tomes...now. i have heard this like MAD. i have 6 other toons that had hit their 20th reaver. all of em over a year ago. they all got +3 tomes in their loot. EVERY ONE OF EM. i hav talked to 7 people...7 people...who got their 20th reaver on my way up to 20 reavers on my main. ALL OF THEM HAVE SEEN NO +3 TOMES OR ANY TOMES. just the same reaver junk. now....fine???.....i ran 20 of em on elite....NOT ONE TOME DROPPED.....okay...

im on my 17th VOD. about 15 of them were HARD....not one +3 tome dropped.

3 people were on their 20th VOD in that time...all of em got NO +3 TOME in their rewards....

on my 12th hound. btw all same toon. 4 people were on their 20th run...NONE of them got +3 tomes....

a year ago and farther....6 months ago....i saw +3 tomes drop alot.....ALOT as in 2 or 3 times between 20 reaver/hound/vod runs and i always heard of a +3 tome in the 20th. now heres the thing...my first shroud 20th i did like 2+ years ago on an old alt, NOT 1 +3 TOME!!! all +2 tomes. FINE!! since then?? i see +3 here and there....now?????? i havent ran 20 shrouds yet. on my 17th.....

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME *** IS GOING ON????????

i think something is up with the loot fricken tables. i mean if they are setting us up to get a chance to buy +3 tomes in the store....GREAT....but why the lack of drop in tomes?? because there is DEFINATELY a lower drop rate if any. i havent heard or seen a +3 tome drop in QUITE a while.

Multiples of 20 reaver completions are supposed to give +3 tomes? This is news to me.....

Cause I aint never seen one.

I usually see piles of raid loot, and grab the boots like usual.

i pulled many +3 tomes on my alts than hit 20 reavers from a year ago when i was grinding them. this isnt me whining, this is me wondering what the heck is going on. it wasnt like this in the past to this extreme. it isnt just reaver, its in all quests known to drop +3 tomes on SOME OCCASSION. i been raiding like mad on multiple toons and havent seen ANYONE pull anything resembling a +3 tome. so im questioning the situation.

as a matter of fact my girl lainiana will do her 20th reaver in less then 2 days. ill bet she wont see a tome in that raid loot either. so again...im wondering if they were pulled from the tables...?

I've actually been pulling more +3s than usual lately, it's just bad luck over a small sample size that's making it seem otherwise. Reaver has always been a relatively low chance of a tome on a 20th - I think I saw one every ~40. My very first Shroud was all +2s and an essence, but typically it's 2-3 +3s. Hound & VoD seem to have a slightly better chance at them than Reaver, but it's still a good chance of not getting one. ToD on the other hand has been my sore spot - approaching 100 runs on Henry alone, and I've had one +4 from one of his 20ths.

you dont win the lottery 7 times in a roll. is anyone else thinking what i am? the loot tables are messed up. see...? hardly anyone gets tomes now at 20 reavers...and someone has a reaver raid like that? maybe an invalid string in the table generator from a recent patch?

Did 80 completions without a tome, then another 20th and finally two +3s were in the list.

Pulled a +3 con tome out of the warded chest. Did it solo on elite with my wizard.

Found two +3 tomes on my 20th shroud last week, took the essence >_<

I will have to say, I have also noticed an increase in +3 Tomes dropping. In fact I was in a Reavers Fate run on normal, yes..it can actually be run on normal, and saw 2 +3 tomes and 4 other named items. It appears your just not hitting the great loot tables on your runs. Try to switch things up a bit..try to run some raids on normal or hard, I do hope your luck changes!

Did my 100th the other day, no tomes. Only 1 +3 tome in 100 runs, seen 1 in the chest in that time also (not for me).

Probably have about 400 reaver completions across all my characters, and had tomes on less than 1/2 probably closer to 1/4th of my 20ths.

A few weeks ago there were 2 +3 dex tomes from HoX on hard, a week before that 1 +3 cha tome hard again, and before that it was another +3 cha tome in vod elite. You gotta group with me more! (other days reaver doesn't count because it was ****)

In Reaver's you can only get a +3 tome from the warded chest. On 20th, 40th, 60th etc run as an end reward you only get unique loot items and no tomes. Seen that on 5 of my toons that reached 20th reaver ( no tomes in end reward only raid items ).

P.S: That +2 loot bonus is really like it's not even there. Seen more tome and unique loot drops when there was no luck bonus.

was in a reaver 1 week ago that dropped 2 +3's in the warded chest in the same run. they're there and reaver has always been the best place to pull them. hound and vod hard in my experience drop them waayy less then good old reaver.

as for 20-40-60? if +3 tomes for multiple completions are why you play the game it's time to find a new game my friend. or at least bring it up a notch. there are +4's now.

Tomes are considered named loot, loot bonuses do not effect the drop rate of tomes.
