Spells, Metamagic and bars

Hi folks,

Is it possible to have a spell in a bar with a sepecific metamagic combo enabled?

For instance say I want to have Blade Barrier on my bar as well as an Empowered BB, and a 3rd Maximized. If that is possible can you do the same with multiple effects like say an extended, heightened spell? I am just looking for a way that hopefully in a slightly faster manor will let me manage my SP pool better.

I recently saw some screenshots of a guy who had the same spell several times in a row and this possibility was the only reason I could think of for him to be duplicating a spell on a bar in this way.

No, you need to put the metamagic icons on the hotbar and toggle them before using.

+1 as a feature suggestion because it'd be useful and more like it was in pnp.


But right now you can manage leaving them on and off as needed, only in the heat of the battle is when one thinks it'd be useful to have it preset to not waste sp.

You tipically turn extend on or off before buffing, leaving on for in-combat buffs like haste.
The maximize can be left turned on at higher levels, if you need to toggle it chances are you don't really need it yet.
The quicken can be turned on if you'll be under attack but otherwise off when not needed.
The heighten is on when needed, off in quests you don't.
Enlarge, if you have that, can be turned on for sniping, then off as they close in.
