I thought and thought, and couldn't think of anything really currently in game that I'd want to see in the store. The only things I could think of that weren't represented in the store were crafting ingredients and collectibles, and I wouldn't actually want to see them there.

If you were to ask about things in store that I'd like to see in game, or even just 5 things I'd like to see in the store it would be much easier to answer. Sorry. This isn't a helpful response I know.

+1 rep on this. Maybe change the armor kits so that you can remove and reuse it. Maybe make another kit that allows this to happen.

How about a Monster Skin?

Skins of Mind Flayers, Kobolds, and many monsters who cannot be transformed in a race because they'll be so much overpowered.

Monsters Skins could be purchased in DDO Store and everyone we'll be happy and get fun.

I don't think this has ever been suggested but it could be cool and useful to have single and bundled Epic Tokens to buy in ddo store. This way we won't pay for a full (example) true heart of wood but only the 2-3-15 tokens we need to have to reach to get one.

It could also be interesting for epic crafting and all processes tokens are involved in

The ability to open all quests on Hard/Elite.

Perhaps something like 900 TP low level, 900 mid 900 high level like adventure packs, or just 900 all quests open on Elite.

* Greensteel DECON/RECON along with Med/large INGREDIENTS (My GOD boyz, think of the DDOP spendage from meh alone! Theres got to b lotz & lotz of people wanting this?)
* Another allotment of INVENTORY space...
* +3 / +4 TOMES (they're in there... might as well make some money, eh?)

Thought of one the other night as I was running back and forth to the bank dumping stuff for my crafting mule: portable banker. The code is in game, I think we used to get them in the old birthday cakes. Anyway, yeah if it wasn't too expensive - 10 or 20TP a shot maybe - I'd definitely use this as a timesaver.

A map folder (like the hireling folder) in which you could store the maps of already explored places (or, alternatively, maps you drawed yourself, with a purchasable mapping tool)

Access to special NPCs who sell unique items (such as potions no other vendor has) or provide other services

Ingredients for binding items to account instead of to character in a stone of change (they would be added along with the khyber fragments)

It would be benefical to let all the DDO Store hats overlay helmets. The effects on the DDO Store hats are minor. Making them take up an equipment space for the visual effect turns a lot of people away from purchasing one. I would use a DDO Store hat even if they lost their effects if they would overlay over my current helmet. Good for business and makes people happy.
