The things I would like to see added:
1: More cosmetic alterations:
Skin tone, Eye Colour, Features, etc.
2: Better organisation of the existing categories
With better information
3: More cosmetic kits
For Weapons, Sheilds, Helmets/Headgear
More importantly, I would like to see cosmetics bind to the Character not the piece of equipment.
For example: if I buy an Armour Kit for ~$3 I want to be able to transfer it to any set of armour I choose for that character for its entire lifetime.
The current system seems to limit this, as armour changes constantly until you hit the high end of the game and you settle on a particular set.
prodigy.
Archangels
Magikan, Valien Thunderhead, Zun Thunderhead, Graille Ironsides, Krodash
Now that would be Awesome! i have been wanting something like that for most of the time i have been playing.
I would also like to see the Quivers bound to Account not character. i had to reroll a toon and lost the TP that i spent.. made me feel like why bother?
and as usually, more cosmetics. i have afun with those, but i agree, it shouldnt be lost in Reincarnation.. another waste of points that i am not willing to put too much more into, if i am going to keep losing it...
I would like to also unbind loot in my name for Bound to character to Bound to Account, even if it means it binds to chara on Equip. i can live with that.

All Entertainment Value. the Heals are free, its the killing that will cost you
To Squeak or not to Squeak, that is the question. For a Dictionary of Squeaks; Listen Carefully =]
Yes. It certainly is amusing. It almost seems as though QuarterMasterM is responsible for rotating inventory in and out alone, and he just wanted some ideas of what to swap in to keep things fresh.
And what the thread has garnered is probably well outside of his job description. Or, are things that would require larger approvals from higher-ups.
Without having read other responses, here are my personal top 5 items/features I'd like to see added to the store:
- A Spirit Binder for the Guild Airship, and for that matter, can we just use our OWN airship for the Veteran Status leveller, or LR/GR/TR Level ship? That way we can pause between levels 3 and 4 or 7 and 8 to get our +1/2 Tomes if desired, for instance.
- More Shared Bank Slots, with Platinum exchange!
- A Mulligan - Less than an LR, it allows for redoing the level you JUST leveled up to (maybe within a time limit) if you accidentally hit Accept instead of Cancel. I tend to do alot of in-game "fake" leveling to see what feats/skills/abilities/spells I may gain access to with X class splash, or increase, over another and have on more than one occasion failed my /spot check on the button there resulting in some very unfunny builds.
- Additional UserChannels - I have more than 4 channels that I'd really enjoy to be able to participate in.
- Ability to designate a newly created toon as a guild member (if an officer in that guild) so that you are automatically in the guild at new character creation.
This all being said, I do enjoy the ability to use the store or not, it does add an easy button for those who desire it, and for those, like me, it has fun things to "shop" for for our toons that may not enhance the toon itself but our enjoyment while we play it. I like the ability to purchase the LR/GR/TR hearts here instead of grinding Epic tokens (although I am glad that there is an in-game method of earning these).
I like the Airships, and the bonus amenities that come with them (except the Gold Seal Twelve Planescaller who took ours on a 3 week joyride...grrr) and believe that regardless of the overpowered or just right powered arguments they do make things easier for the most part, but unlike what Fernando stated was an intention of them they are NOT being really a place that one congregates. I enjoy having my guild's officer meetings on the boat, and guild events tend to start on the boat, but I'd love to have more functionality on the boats if we've gone through the trouble of earning them (for better or worse).
Yes, there is a binder in the Twelve right next to the airship dock, and it is an easy button for it to be on the boat, but would that not be something that would help foster that sense of community more? Hordo died again and I pop up on the boat much to my guild's amusement is far greater a community builder than me appearing in the Twelve or the Necro or wherever and nobody I know around to give me the business.
On that same token, we have these wonderful airships and they can do so much for us, would it not be great to be able to be doing your Reincarnations while still on your own guild airship and maybe have access to your bank and equipment if needs be. Or even the AH and Mailbox so that in-between levels you can get what you need to fully flesh out your own character in case you forgot in the rush to reincarnate to move some stuff over?
Anyway, enough of my rambling.
How about a timed +XX% chance to get named items to drop in the sands explorer area? I have never had a bloodstone drop and would pay at least 45 tp to increase my chance.
1. I would like to see either certain DDO store items to be non-character bound or I would like to see something I could buy in the store that would let me unbind one.
Example: Huge Collectable bags. Inventory management in DDO (and all turbine games) is an incredible time sink. Being able to move bags around between characters would be something I'd be willing to pay TP for to make my game more enjoyable, that way I don't have to spend hours combining them into one bag through multiple character logins/outs. I would cram TP in your wallet if you would just fix this hassle for me
2. Scroll/Potion container. You have hireling ones, quivers, etc. Just re-purpose one of those so that we could store spell scrolls and/or potions in. I'd pay TP for that.
3. Emotes. Most of the emotes in DDO just aren't very cool. Some of the newer ones for the races like the Helf dance is pretty nice, but some are just....well, you just have to shake your head and wonder "what the heck!!?". I would spend TP for some really cool and well programmed out "emote packs".
Death Ward pots - Im so sick of getting level drained in level 5 quests.
Freedom of movement pots.
Race Change
Item damage repair
But really the race change would be my desired change by miles.
Fix guild ranks so that they work!!!!
Allow different guild ranks via the createrank option!
Allow only certain ranks to access guild chests on the airships!!!
Allow only certain ranks access to the ship!!!
Allow only certain ranks access to ship buffs!!!
Many thanks in advance!!!

First a brief statement: I am a p2p player, yet I have never been a VIP. I really am looking for an excuse to become VIP. Currently VIP offers very little. Unless DDO Store offered VIP exclusive in game items.
I would become an instant VIP if the following in-game items were made available in Store.
1. All unique reward items from game special events. I would pay 100 TP value per tier. E.g. Lvl 4 item 100tp. Lvl 12 item 300tp. Lvl 20 tier item 500tp (that's 1 month subscription TP bonus I believe)
2. Ability to change ALL BTC items to BTA which would again become BTC when equipped. 300 TPs would not be unreasonable and should get lots of volume sales.
3. Buy Crafting ingredients - All of them except Epic (maybe). If possible these are to be made available ONLY to a VIP's level 20 character which is of course BTC when equipped. Therefore coding a specific minimum level of 20 for such store items.
4. Special event ingredients - Give as part of current month paid subscription one of these 'special Bags' to store each of the new special event ingredients. Only the one bag can be redeemed and is BTC.
5. +3/+4 Stat tomes - exclusive to VIP's with 3 month continuous subscription. It would auto appear as available in DDO store after 3rd month. The 3 months must be re-earned if unsubsribe for a month.
I have even more value ideas but these 5 above will have me (and many others) whipping out the Amex for immediate DDO VIP subscription.

Many of life's lessons are taught through games. So GAME ON!
Ghallanda Server - Guild: Legends of Ancient Greece
Characters: Kleftis, Archpapas, Polemistis, Elveis, Axesizis, Eurostos, Mihanodigos, Agiosmihanos, Trayoudis, Idikos ... so many more
1. Take out the tomes – too much of an “easy” button. And it greatly cheapens them as in-game loot, as well as the other “easy button” items. Put some skill back into the game.
2. Organize the store better. It can be hard to find things – this tab, that tab, what kind of item is this? And then it scrolls so the wrong item is selected…
3. Scroll/potion/wand containers. Those I would definitely pay for. They don’t unbalance the game and greatly help in inventory control.
4. It would be great to have some of the “store items” be found in chests.
5. More cosmetic stuff for equipment and avatars, a real variety, some of which would only be available for certain levels, to give something to aim for at 10th, 15th, and/or 20th…
What items/features currently in the game would you like to see added to the Store (aside from the ability for VIPs to buy quest packs)? Please list no more than 5![/INDENT][/QUOTE]
1. Something that when applied to a BTC item makes it BTA and simultaneously BTC upon equip. (For that annoying raid loot that keeps dropping on the wrong character for you, and never on the right character.)
2. Something that will make an unbound item BTA. Period. (This would be used on my Bottle of Air for instance, which gets used by all my early level PC's before they can wear higher level individual UWA items.)
3. Race/Gender Changes.
4. More Cosmetic choices, such as Skin Tone, Eye Color, new and unique Facial Detail options like glasses for female chars, eye patch, bull-like nose ring for half-orcs etc. More hair styles and colors, including the standard hairstyles available at creation. P.S. I'm fine with the 1 TP cost to preview.
5. Exclusive Emote lists. (Should be sold in packs of 20-30 at least, and would be better themed. Should definitely be Account Wide. Example; Artist Emote List: could include all race dances, various instrument playing animations, juggling, gymnastic-like flips, etc.) I know this is only partially in-game. Also these could be open to VIP's as a perk.
I'd like to be able to buy from the store:
1. ToD boot mats. (it was cute farming them for the first 2 toons, irritating for 3rd and 4th, depressing for 5th+)
2. spell scrolls that are not available from vendors (Dimension Door scrolls in particular)
3. draconic runes (NOT eldritch, tempest or sovs) if my toon has already completed SoS. Cheap enough that i can grab 5-10 more from the store to quickly reflag a toon for sos to help friends at extremely short notice.
4. potions that are not available from vendors (invis pots in particular)
5. GH relics
The common theme here being time convenience items
How to revamp past life reward system <--- working again
Developers should fix this <--- 2020 edition!
This may or may not fall into your defined question criteria. And I'm sure it's been said multiple times in multiple threads and your sick of hearing of it.
Armor Customization!
Use of random graphic armors as armor kits. The blacksteel armors are finally going in the right direction looks wise. sadly, you used some of the ugliest armors in game as the overskins.
An aside, nice touch making the Cavalry Plate look so godawful that noone will be willing to wear it without a kit.
+1 for marketing
1 The ability to gift things from the store to other people
2 Wand/Potion/Scroll holders
3 +3 Hearts of Wood for eligible alts
4 Platinum
5 Inventory Tabs
And not in the store: Being able to change servers without having to quit the game and log back in.
1) Epic Spell Gems for Persistent AoEs
- Epic Gem of Wall of Fire [Deals 200d6 Fire damage every 2 seconds, duration 1:30]
- Epic Gem of Acid Fog [Deals 200d6 Acid damage every 2 seconds, duration 1:30]
- Epic Gem of Ice Storm [Deals 160d6 Frost damage and 40d6 Bludgeon damage every 2 seconds, duration 1:30]
- Epic Gem of Electric Cloud [Deals 200d6 Electric damage every 2 seconds, duration 1:30]
One use per gem, cost needs to be enough to prevent excessive use by the general public. The target would be folks with more dollars than sense.
2) Gem of Exceptional Fortune - One use, guarantees Raid Loot in a single Raid instance for your character. Use on the Raid Loot chest before opening. Not usable in Epic.
3) Upgrade 1, 2 and 3 to Phiarlan's Pendant of Time: Still only usable in Public Instances, the Upgrades present the effects of Warp Time in 65%, 80% and 90% Speed Boosts that stack with all existing unique bonuses.
4) Ark of Mnemonic Regeneration - Like a Regeneration effect, but acts as an activateable mnenonic enhancer. Simply copy the Tavern SpellPoint Regeneration drink script over and make it a persistent effect in a dungeon environment much like a Ship Buff or the like that persists through Death. Different tiers heal different amounts for different durations. Effects last from 1:20 to 5:40.
5) Epic Damage Augment - Red Slot only: You can put an additional 1d6 of any damage type on the weapon, but only if it has a Red slot. i.e. 1d6 Good, Acid, Flaming, Shock, Frost, Evil, Elvis, Wind, Water, Earth, Heart, I am Captain Planet, or other strange and otherwise silly things (like a bunch of fluffy bunnies poking out of your Epic Sword of Shadows).
