    Default unfinished pay by mobile payment problem

    I tried to make a purchase on the store using pay by mobile option. The payment wasnt completed all the way because of insufficient credit in my payphone card , so I paid 8 out of 10 Euro for the purchase. Now It says I have to complete the payment in 24 hours . I havent gotten any points yet and nothing shows on the payment history in my account page. Does that mean that I m going to lose the 8 Euro I have already paid?

    You probably need to contact customer service directly in order to get an exact answer but I would assume your partial payment would be refunded after the 24 hour period because the payment is incomplete.
