I think the new trap making system is really cool and with a few number tweaks of increasing parts per scavenge and traps per combining, as well as reducing the number of parts required in order to increase trap creation, could be very widely used.
I'd also like to throw out the idea of making poisins from with poisin traps or items dropped by monsters. These could be clicked in a hotbar much like an assassin poisin to apply it to a weapon for a certain amount of time.
Poisins could do regular damage, stat damage, or have special effects such as paralysis, stun, sleep, etc. I've even heard of magical poisins that allow spells to be in them much like potions. So one could build a poisin of Melf's acid arrow to be applied to their weapon for a short time or some other nast spell.
As in regular DnD you could require the poisin use feat to do this or risk being affected by it yourself when you use it. This could prevent lv 20 fighters from using a "finger of death", or some other nasty poisin on thier great axe for example, unless they have the feat to do it.
What do yall think?
