for goggles i recommend con skills +1 (+10 HP) / cha skills +2 (+50 stacking SP) / cha skills +3 (+100 stacking SP) personally. concordant opposition.

for bracers, make the first tier something other than HP. 2nd and third tier can be HP if you want (recommend con skills for concentration, but it's up to you). if you make the third tier also have heavy fort, you could probably put it on your helmet and someday plan on replacing minos legens with an epic item for toughness. or, if you're a warforged, just use the quorforged docent of battle. as for what else to eventually put on this item at tier 1... tough choice. i'd guess +5 fort saves, but it doesn't stack... so maybe just shove wiz VI and +1 cha skills. it's not ideal (you'll likely end up with a lot of things that make wizardry VI obsolete), but there's not many good options at tier 1.

you could also do all three tiers of your HP item con skills and HP, then make your concordant op have blindness/disease immunity for tier I, but again this presumes you have something else for SP.

I recommend against having Green Steel brancers, because there are some good items for that slot, even if you dont have a lot of content. You should be able to get the Glacial or Levik's bracers, for example.

Concordant Opposition is neat, and you get fit it nicely with Charisma Skills and Spell Power.
My second Concordant is on my neck slot and also happens to be my HP item. This slot is switched way more often than bracers, which is why I chose that.

I have a Skiver ( http://ddowiki.com/page/Skiver ) that has archmagi on it so that won't stack with wizardy (as I I just found out) so I'll take something else for that. But for the Bracers what aspect should it be?
