What settings/resolution have you used for smooth gaming experience?
Thinking of getting a laptop and need to know if this would suffice.

1280x720 (anything above x720 on a laptop for a 5650 is going to chop no matter what, unless you really turn stuff down, and what's the point of that?)

All settings on high (switch to moderate as required)
Antialiasing off (your screen resolution should be fine for visual experience)

Eww i managed to run ddo with mobility radeon 1800 1440x900. Had to tone down graphics to low. I was hoping it would run 1440 or 1650 without looking like ****.

I got a mobility 5650 card and I run DDO smoothly on highest graphics at 1366x1024.
