Double Bonus Points Issue

Hello,

Seeing the offer for double Bonus Points I didn't want to miss this chance and entered the DDO Store ingame.
I was aiming for the 1200 (+700) Bundle. Since I wanted my payment conducted over my mobile phone, I selected other payment methods.
The Bundle seemed to differ
140 for 2€
210 for 3€
340 for 5€
680 for 10€
but since it said for all Point Bundle I thought nothing of it.
The transaction went over quickly and when my account updated there were only 680 Points but no Bonus Points.

My question is if that offer is only for American Players or if there's a way to get that offer as well?

There are a couple of different point bundle sets, which vary depending on how you're paying.

Points purchased with a credit card or PayPal include bonus points. One of our most popular sales is when we double the bonus points on these packages.

Points purchased with a Point Code Card include a fixed amount of points. The number of points included with these cards never change.

Points purchased via PayMo (phone) are a specific number of points, for a specific cost. These bundles do not include bonus points, so there is nothing to double with the double bonus points promotions.
