Completely disagree, flame arrow is a great spell for low to mid level characters who can use the wands to poof arrows, bolts, axes, knifes, and all kind of projectile weapons. I use it all the time on my bard until she is high enough level to get the Elf Racial arcane archer. The only thing about the spell is that you can't put the arrows into the quiver so you have to manually load them until then.

i don't understand how a reasonable person could disagree with the proposal, how would it hurt anything? it would take approximately 5 minutes to implement
changing the spell to just a returning bolt would do nothing to increase the power of the spell, it would just save 20 wand whips at the start of each quest
the developers should strive to decrease unnecessary tedium, and generating 50 arrows/bolts per cast
heck how about this, flame arrow wands have at max 3 charges, each charge generates a stack of 1k arrows/bolts
