    Default Downgraded

    Don't know what is going on, but tried to get on this morning, after just yesterday updating my billing and everything back to VIP. Anyways got up this morning logged in and low to my surprise it is still saying that I am back to Premium status. What's going on? I did read the beginning. HELP!!! ASAP!!! Thank you

    dragoth1276, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem. Your post has been moved as it is not related to a GTC issue.

    You should be able to check the status of your account on the Account Management website. If you have been downgraded because of a failed payment (the most common reason) then you can update your payment information and once again "Get Unlimited Access" from that site.
