I too have opened the chest after slaughtering that snake $%#$, and thought to myself "how selfish! she didnt leave us any of her cookies!"
It's time that the devs forced raid bosses to leave cookies behind for adventurers who are tired after the exertion of well...killing the raid boss. It would only be fair that we get some when we succeed! (I guarantee you that Velah scoffs down a whole pack of red dragon cookies after she's roasted a party of adventurers). Ice flensers use risia jelly cakes all the time! How else do you think they cast ice storm? eh? Why upon dieing do they leave no cookies left for adventurers? Its simple... they are selfish and spiteful about their jelly cakes. It's time that this changed. And how to we get this to change? By vocalizing and collecting approval with a petition!

Serious suggestion part.
I use alot of cookies, more than I can collect in one season. Risia ones I use in inferno to put out the torches on non caster toons for instance. Cookies almost in general are good leveling items. This post is not asking that cookies drop all the time simply that they drop from mobs that they represent or their chests. The methods for implementing cookie drops from mobs and raid chests are already there. The gifting process (as with scrolls) could be used for things like ice flensers. Cookies could be spawned in chests as festivult coins are so that they do not interfere with the raid loot or other drops.
On a final note i think its just childish for Suulomades to distribute FOM cookies through his Coin Collector puppets during festivult which in fact do not prevent adventurers from being chained in his raids. What a poor sport.Last edited by floating; 02-18-2011 at 02:39 PM.
