These are just silly. I'm assuming back in the day there was more than one person working on the PoPs and none of them spoke to each other. Case in point, I have three different ML9 PoPs, a VI, VIII and X.
I don't know how hard this would be to fix and I realize it isn't a big deal but for new players or new characters that don't have all of the sweet greensteel gear, these are pretty nice, at least for a few levels.

I always felt these were stupid in the way they were leveled, plus to my knowledge, I have never seen a III or IV (maybe it's just me). They should go by one level per number 1-10.
