100 enhanced Healing pots under the double-stacking offer didn't deliver

I've raised a Turbine ticket for this ( #24001-25656) but wish to raise awareness of this issue in case it isn't just a one-off problem.

The Double-Stack Healing Potions when bought as 100:

- Stacks of 100 Healing Potions turn into stacks of 200, for the 100-stack price

Cannot be delivered to me - presumably this is because the store cannot stack 200 and deliver them to player inventory in one go.


Subsequent relogs still presents me with:



And I have space in my inventory.

I haven't tested the lesser types of healing potions (as I don't require them)
nor have I tested if 50 are delivered as 100 (I would rather have the larger quantity at the bulk discount)

Has anyone else experienced this? or had a successful 200 pot delivery?

Why would you waste TP on healing pots? Not to sound elitist, but you can buy pots for in-game plat. Just buy a couple stacks of 100 CSW and save your cash equivalent TP.

Enhanced heal critical potion = 14-49

I planned to split up the 200 amongst 4 alts as additional healing on top of any pots or wands they might have.

Smitey... if I recall general chat on Thel last night, I think a new player got hit by the same thing. Your post makes more sense of it now. I think I could remember the character name as well if needed.

A guess there is some store special going on? The only doubling I knew of at the time was the bonus points with TP purchases at the moment. So I just figured new player didn't know quite what they were talking about. Glad I didn't open up my mouth last night.

But they come with a downside and require grinding silver flame favor which never was... 'easy'

Hi, it appears there is an issue with the 200-stack potions. We've unpublished them, and if you were subject to this error you can contact Account Support so that they can issue you a refund.

People are not trolling by pointing out that spending real money in that area might not be the best use of funds. They were doing a public service. They were note rude, agreessive, and they did not call people names. Unlike you, who violated forum rules by namecalling those you disagree with.

I would disagree - This forum is not called "please nanny me on how to spend my real life money you didn't earn or have no right to spend" - nor is it called "please tell me how you disagree with my purchases"

Thank you for the concern Lorien but supplimenting the available healing for my mid-level alts that don't have UMD or can't use wands when soloing with bonus points from the offer and getting double the quantity is my choice to make as a consumer.

I have to say I rarely use them but wanted to ensure I'm stocked in case of emergency accross several characters and are not my only source of HP of course.

Silver flame favour-earnt potions have a penalty for the 100 HP so these store-only items seem a good mid-point if the TP are not of concern during offers such as the one currently running.

Anyway, I digress as the feedback is about the double-stacking exceeding the store delivery mechanism.

As always how anyone spends their points is up to them and I personally have no complaints about the price I paid at the time - just a shame they never showed up!

Please allow me to eloborate on my original post. If you believe store pots will increase your survivability, then you have much better options. Namely, damage mitigation through AC, DR, resist energy pots, blur/displacement and tactics (such as ranging enemies from a distance before switching to melee, sneaking up on sleeping enemies, body pulling 1 mob at a time).

While a stack of CSW will take longer to use, you shouldn't be needing to chug large quantities of pots during fights.

However, if you simply want to cut back on the "potting up" induced wait, then by all means, it's your money.
