I was told there is a mod to have an mp3 player while questing, anyone know what it is and where to find it?

Alt-Tab?? Guess I'm not sure what you mean. An mp3 player you have running will still run when you load up DDO.

I like to play in windowed mode because sometimes you're just waiting for some people and you have a small attention span; then I can just open up Firefox and do whatever for a short time (usually check the DDO forums). Also, any media player like iTunes should easily be able to play the same time DDO is up.

ill usually have a firefox window open before starting ddo in fullscreen, then just alt tab when i need to kill time....works for music too

Nah, someone said that it was a mod they put in the game and it's beneath their map.

The only mods in DDO are skins, and skins don't add functionality. So in my opinion, they're either having you on or they've done something against the TOS.
