We do have some known issues with Game Time Cards.

Please contact the Account Management department with your username and the entire Game Time Card code and they will be happy to try and assist you.

Problem lays in the inability for common players to find the link. Used to be a little easier to find where a person could use the UGC cards to but turbine points. Now there is no link that takes you there ...just one to some mobile phone pay method, a credit card, or paypal. Problem is rather simple and it is costing UGC some serious revenue. People wont use the cards to buy Turbine Points if you cant figure how to do it to just get the points (not an account with DDO for pay to play).\
I would have bought more cards for Christmas time for friends and my 2 brothers but becuase I could not use them during your DDO promotions to buy turbine points i was not going to buy the msomething that could only be used at an external website to buy turbine points (PlaySpan).
Fix your website or continue to watch revenue loss from these cards. Consider this free unsolicited feedback!!
I'm sitting on $60 in UGC card points and rather dissapointed i cannot use them for myself and my spouse becuase the DDO store site is broken and unusable for anything but creating pay-to-play accounts.

I've just encountered this myself...seems Turbine has lost touch with paybycash(UGC) . I checked to see if I could upgrade my LOTRO account as well as DDO and get the same thing. No option to use the card and now I have a nice 20 dollar coaster.
BTW, this is not an account specific problem for you to fix. This seems to be more wide spread. I was able to use a card last month but now there is no option to redeem my UGC for a 30 day game code.Whether It is Turbine or PBC this needs to be taken care of.

I realize in our busy days that dealing with so many customer issues is a long haul. I and most party's out here are supportive of the work it takes to maintain a bunch of gamers like us. I am trying to see that something in your system becomes user friendly and improves your revenue and increases the enjoyment of your players as well. This takes dual effort though. I need for your peers t obe informed of the issues. I would think management would love to know they are losing revenue (and job security of their employees). Please ....make the extra effort to fix this issue.
If you made the link to the UGC cards right at the forefront of the methods to buy turbine points ...your revenue would grow substantially vs. the effort required to make this change by your programers in your revenue management. I would also suggest you add the change to your newsletter with a hyperlink that shows folks the fix and now ease of buying turbine points.

I have passed along everyone's feedback, including the information about Game Time Cards and the ability to purchase points with various payment methods. However, if you have more feedback about the store or points purchases, I recommend you post in the DDO Store Feedback forum.
