    Unhappy Premium account DDO points not responding

    I Have a premium account, and i had just buy points in a large amount. the issue is they're not showing up in my ddo store, its telling me i have 151 points wich i had from favor before i buy the points. i reloged a couple times and they showed up, i buy the shared bank and the stupid think tells me i'm down to 151 again wich i am most definately not! can someone please help me?

    Before trying to submit a ticket.

    Log off, close the game client entirely, close forums, my.ddo.com, etc.

    Re-open game client, log back on. Check your store.

    Most common and easiest solution.
