    Default Vip Status problem

    Hello

    I have a problem with VIP status.
    Yesterday I spent $14.99 to make the monthly VIP status and I played fine with the vip.

    In the afternoon, when I got home, the vip status has disappeared and I returned to the premium account.

    What happened? The payment was made yesterday -> <<edited>>

    I can also do the scan my receipt of the account statement of my list of moves yesterday.

    There are a few things that can cause this sort of behavior, but the most common reason that your VIP access would revert to Premium after starting a subscription is that the payment was declined for some reason. If you are unsure why that may have happened, you can contact your bank or card company directly so that they may assist you.
