Is the Abishai +3 evocation bonus fixed on Lamannia?

Well after finally getting a third piece of my epic abishai set finished on my sorcerer last night I ran off to go see exactly how much damage I could do with a maxed out 23d6 polar ray, only to find out that I was actually doing less damage that I had been with the 22d6 version I had been using with the epic staff of arcane power. After a quick investigation it was quite obvious that the 3 piece abishai set isn't applying a +3 caster level bonus to evocation at all.

Easier way to check is to see if the +1 bonus works, I've tried using the set on a couple of characters (non-epic) and it doesn't work, just test that.

Latest Lamannia build release notes:

NEW: The Might of the Abishai set bonus has been changed to a +3 increase to the wearer's Conjuration spell DCs (and +1 in the case of the lower tiers.) The caster level bonus to Evocation spells now works correctly as well.
