Me and my husband's account was banned on Jan.29, 2011, and I didn't know the reason why. I am really angry with this because I spent a lot of money on this game. I don't think that I have done anything violating the game code or your guidelines. However I think that
you violated my rights, I need your reasonable explaination. This is the third ticket
that I write to you, and I didn't received your reply which you promised to give in 3-5 business days. Is this the way in which you treat your loyal player?
I hope I can get your response soon to help me solve my problem and recover my account as soon as possible.
