    Default Can't file a ticket

    I'm trying to craft good luck +2 on my epic envenomed cloak.
    I put in the epic altar:
    epic envenomed cloak/blue augment slot/blue catalyst
    and I keep getting failure.

    Tried to put in a ticket but I keep getting the message that I must specify although I'm in gameplay/crafting/
