log-in dndclient problem

I am having a problem with logging into the game. I tried repairing then I completely uninstalled and reinstalled ddo. I was still was unable to log-in to a saved game, but when i started an alt account i was able to log on to the server. i then logged out and couldnt log back in. it kept freezing then shuting down.
