Who repairs the blue dragonscale armor in gianthold?

The only guys i see is the guy that wants 25 relics to craft an item and the guy that wants 20 blue scales to make a set of armor.. who repairs?

btw i a tr not sure if that matters

I only have black atm, still 3 scales from getting blue, but the black is repaired by the same orc who crafted it, I'd imagine the blue would be repaired by the same NPC who originally crafted it.

Repairs on the Black cost 3 elven relics and 1 copper each time, unsure of blue repair cost but imagine it's something similar.

You no longer have to spend relics to repair dragonscale.

Goto the general vendor guy on the back corner of the meridia building.

If you go to Merida, on the lowest level, in back (past the bank, keep going around) there is a person that repairs for plat alone...
