Nevermind armor appearance kits, how about Tattoo's?

Saw on the front page someone complaining about apperances, mainly how the NPC's seem to have more and better options than our player characters. This got me thinking... I want Drow Tattoo's, I'll pay 50 to 100tp depending on the coverage and not just on the face! Although I wouldn't pay more than 50tp for a body tat, as there's a good chance it will be covered up most the time.

I can't have a dragonmark, can I at least have ritual scarring?

Not an implausible idea, but I doubt it will garner enough support for implementation. Not enough people care about the armor kits IME as-is.
