    Default Ravager ring proc still bugged with other on hit procs?

    It's not.

    My Warforged Kensai wears Ravager set and a Dragontouched Docent with Destruction rune on it.

    They both land together 100% of the time.

    This bug was fixed in U7:

    Items that grant additional weapon effects (such as Destruction, Flaming Burst, or the Ravager set bonus) now correctly stack with one another.
