    Default Problems with paying by credit card

    Hello,
    I have problems with paying by credit card.
    When I am trying to pay by the card the sign "There was an error processing your request. Please try again.[CHK-8003]" appears.

    Looking forward for your help.

    Yeah, I get Error:30005.

    I think that means those servers are down.

    I'm happy to confirm that our system and servers are up and running. Both of those errors mean that our system is having some difficulty verifying your card or related information.

    You may find more helpful information in this sticky, and if that doesn't help, please contact our Account Management department via web form or phone (in my signature).

    Default Could I purchase through the web?

    Many thanks for the response, but problem with bying points with my card is still exist.

    As I understand from the link you gave me I could mail information and purchase the neccesary points.

    Which e-mail, I should send my letter?

    Please do not email. Please follow these directions to submit a web inquiry:

    · Go to http://support.turbine.com
    · Click on the “Support Center” tab
