The weapon enhancement level/base damage rating isn't that important, although I will pay more or less depending on how hard it hits. Doesn't exist. Max is Gtr 7.

There are some clickies/raid/epics that get you there, but the random generated wep with sup pot VII does not exist in game.

Sup. VII Potency doesn't come out till the Event on Lamania goes live on our server. There they have at least one Sup. VII item but it's not a longsword.

You have bigger problems than the item not existing if you care "how hard it hits".
