Hey everybody. I was taking a screenshot of my character so I hit alt+Z to hide all of my hotbars and stuff, but when I hit alt+z again, the very top UI bar (the one with the settings, social panel, quest panel, etc.) did NOT reappear! I relogged, change every last bit of graphics/UI display options, tried /help commands, and asked other players in-game. Nobody knew what to do. Upon further inspection, I noticed in the top-left corner of my screen, a very tiny (looks like 1 pixel--- thats how small we're talking) yellow dot that I can move around like a hotbar. When I hover my mouse over it, it says "Click and drag to move this window," but unfortunately there is NO way to resize this little weird dot. Does anybody know what I can do or how I would go about submitting a bug report? Thanks in advance!
UPDATE: I DO have screenshots, but for some reason I don't have permission to post attachments....

Hi Cheaffer,
Are you using a custom UI skin and have you tried resetting the interface to default settings?

Try re-sizing your game window. Someone else said that fixed his lost menu bar.
Author of Info Blue UI Skin (Really wish Turbine would update the skinning interface and enable all the new UI parts.)
If you don't have an SSD, you should be using DDOPreload (fixes the slow first login issue)
