Can't log a char located in House K

My game has crashed yesterday on Tarnesh while entering house Kundarak. I tried to relog, but my game still crashes at loading screen. I can log on with my alt, no prob, i just can't play with my main.
Can i do something for that ?

EDIT : I got the problem, it's House Kundarak. I tried to enter House K with my alt too and game crashed.

Actually, i sometime can log in, but i can't move while in game. By the way, i also have a longer time than usual loading the laucher

Reinstal. SOmething in your files regarding house K is corrupt.
