Default Here's a Brain Buster for You Developers

Why does the Telescope trinket from the new Lammania event have +2 exceptional int as its 2nd tier upgrade, when the base level 20 unupgraded item has +2 exceptional int? I'm no genius but why would I waste about 1500 green dragonshards to upgrade a trinket for no reason other than +3 umd? A response to this other than we are looking into it would be awesome.

It's probably messed up. Either the 2 tiers are +3 UMD and +2 Exceptional intelligence and +20 search bump (or whatever the skill is) or these are in addition. Meaning +6 UMD and +4 Exceptional intelligence but that would be insane.

I'm think there's a description fubar. Maybe a green augment slot instead of the Exceptional int that is already on the level 20 item.
We'll see when they get it all sorted out.

    Teth actually per my guide:
    http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=300278

    The telescope starts out :
Spot +15, Search +15, True Seeing, UMD +3

And is not upgradable at all.

I know the recipes list upgrades for all accesorries, but currently all accesories are bugged and come in as the tier 2/3 versions. (or the tier1s, and the tier2/3 upgrades are wrong, either way)

IIRC listed upgrades are: Tier2: +20 spot/search, +3 umd (so base version should not have umd)
    and tier3: +2 exceptional int

Or do you somehow have a differnet version? if so -- Screenshot?

Asked a dev this twice in pm's during the event, he was just ignoring me though.

Could we specify 'these issues'? Because there are certainly a lot

    Thanks!

Seems like Tier 1 has a +3 competence bonus to UMD, Tier 2 changes that to enchantment bonus. Not sure how the ex int works though.
