    Default Anyone else on Khyber get screwed...

    ...by Turbine?

    Servers go down...not a problem.


    During server outage one of my accounts mysteriously moves from VIP to Premium despite the payment having cleared (note the past tense) my bank!


    GRR....

    The NerfHordoBus is getting ready to roll again I see...

    for vip to premium mismatch check with account support, they do fix those fairly fast.

    but that bug was supposed to be fixed long ago, but database crash is a side effect of power failures.

    And on top of all this the steelers lose in the super bowl!!!! Its a bit much to ask a man to take all this on the chin in one go!!!

    :P Ive lost my tred capped barb to this crash I try and log him in it says saving character data or something, anyway ticket ingame got sent to the support site, looks like a few days before I will get a response even, lets see how it goes.

    I think you got the easy one to sort I'm totally without one of my chars. Can't sleep can't eat

    +1 To Turbine's Phone Customer Service as they were able to fix me up in about 10 minutes.

    Now back to unleashing the magnificence that is me upon Khyber!

    I had this happen before. It didn't get fixed till the next update and the fix was just a byproduct of the update, not that they tried to fix it. I hope they don't make you wait that long too.

    You think thats bad , I saw an LFM for a guy that was "LFM ranting" that said his 6(six) year old cleric was caught in the same bug .

    My guildie got word from support his character is "corrupted" and said he knows that it might take a while for them to recover it, and he said he is very depressed, but has little hope of getting the character back.

    If that happened to Shaamis,I would be driving to Turbine and knocking on their door.

    Log on a different character and get the GM they fixed that twice for me. Is a flag they have to reset... This happens when you're logging out and the servers go down, typically happens when people are logging out while they're bringing the servers down also, and is better to get kicked from the world rather than log out with 2 minutes to go on their - server will be brought down message.
