Ok, so I want to TR my barbrian into a figther\barb\rogue splash.
Problem is that I want to get figther past life feat on my next TR,
so if I take rogue first, and then figther will I still get the figther past life feat? or just rogue?

The past life you carry over comes from whichever class you had the most levels in at level 20.
If you go 12 fighter/6 barbarian/2 rogue, you'll get a fighter life. If you go 12 barbarian, it will be a barbarian life.
I can't recall how 10/10 splits work (you only get one, but not sure which), though I'd recommend against leveling anything as such a split anyway.

example 12fighter 6barb 2rougue this gives fighter past live
example 9fighter 8barb 3rouge this gives fighter past live
example 10fighter 10barb this gives barb since barb since b is before f in the alfabet. the exception is monk which is never given in a 10 10 split
