Is premium services overloaded?

I sent a request to get a character of mine transferred from Galahanda to Thelanis 3 weeks ago and nothing has happened yet. I sent a couple of mails last week but no responce. It is ok if your overworked at the moment as i bet there are a lot of people wanting transfers of their EU toons, but please make an official post stating this.

When the transfer faq says 1 - 2 weeks and i have gotten no reply yet im just wondering whats happening.

The current turn around for Premium Services is actually within 1 week at this time.

I would recommend checking your email for any responses from Turbine support for any requests you've submitted.


Please note that if a Premium Service request is submitted with completely unrelated questions in the Description, those questions will be answered and the understanding will be that the Request Type was selected in error.

If you would like to request a World Character Transfer or other Premium Service, please do not include non-related questions in the description.

Ah, that would explain the holdup then. I wrote in the description about some problems i had with you accepting my CC card (which works now btw), and i later got a reply to my world transfer about how i could buy TP by ordering over e-mail. I just wanted to make sure you checked that you could bill the CC card before you made the character transfer. I guess it got misenterpeted by those who where supposed to make the transfer.

I will submit another world transfer request then. Looking forward to joining my guild on Thelanis
