I saw an LFM the essentially said "No noobs" or "Don't click on this if your a noob". There was one spot left and all the classes were available. I think I have a screen shot of what the quest and leader were, but I am not at my computer that has the screen shot. Anyway... I was looking for xp and I was on my level 18 reincarnate rogue, so I click on it.
I waited and waited for around 5 minutes. I get a reply, "Are you serious?" then the message that I was declined. I mean I know that people I run with sometimes think I'm a noob, but I didn't recognize the person, so I was kinda curious what he was referring to, but I waited about 3 or 4 minutes and simply replied "Have a Nice Day..."
Another minute goes by and I get "145 hp, really? Get some Hit Points"
Now, I am scratching my head on what the heck he is talking about. It took me about 5 mintues to realize that the last time I had logged out was after fighting the beholder in Soami Gardens and had 12 or was it 14 negative levels...
I got a chuckle to myself, but I figured I would explain to the guy. So I replied with what happened.
I asked him where he got his information (ok, so I had realized this by now, but I had to make sure, right?). He, of course, replies with "myddo". Then, I proceed to tell him the story. He replies, "you should log out and back in again then". For some reason, I found this a bit rude, so I just replied: "Its really not worth my time. Have a good day."
I think the final reply I got was: "Noob. Have a good day"
Now... I realize that some people like to use myddo for this kind of stuff, but do you have to be that lazy when you do it as well. Couldn't you take the time to do a slight bit of math?? I mean the gear that shows up on my toon at the time I logged was Menos Legons, one of the con6/gfl belts from Amarath, a con score in the mid 20s, etc. Now, I realize that he might not been able to tell that I have the toughness feat or the toughness enhancements, but... my standing hit points before buffing are 399 (I realize it isn't 500, but...)
I mean you might think I'm a noob for not being able log out/back in. Or you might think I'm a noob for not having 500 hp. Or you might just know me and think I'm a noob, but seriously... if you think you can get to level 18 and have 145 hp, you might want to look at your own noob meter...
