Looking for Active Casual Guild.

Hello I am a sort of a new player.. Only level 4 ranger so far..
tho I have been playing DnD PnP for 10 years så know abit about the game rules, not so much on the online part, but
learning as I play each day..
I am looking for a friendly, active and casual guild that does guild runs in dungeons ( even lowbie ones )

I am really loving the game, and even quit WoW to play this lol.. ( WoW got really boring )
and I am enjoying DDO to the fullest loving my ranger.
