Clickie/Active ability resets

Currently rest shrines have two primary functions in DDO: They fully restore spell points and they reset clickies and activated abilities. They also restore a negligeable amount of hit points but that's not the point of this suggestion.

When running out of spell points, casters have a plethora of options available to restore them between shrines:

Mana potions
Mysterious Bauble
Twisted Talisman
Concordant Oppositions Item
Torc

But there is currently not a single way that I know of to reset clickies or active abilities between shrines. I realize that casters rely more heavily on spell points than non-casters rely on clickies but it doesn't seem balanced for there to be nearly infinite ways to replenish spell points and absolutely zero ways to replenish clickies other than a rest shrine.

I propose adding items or gameplay features which will reset clickies and activated items similar to a bauble or twisted talisman.

Well, one instance I can think of is the rapier from Sentinals that restores Bard Song uses between shrines. Also, I have noticed that my Eternal Wand charges do recover over time.

Sweet mary jane we don't need another way to make the game easier. Buy a rest shrine from the ddo store.
