*This is not a recruitment post, simply an introduction post for those of you who have no clue who we are, and an information post for those of you that don't know much about us*
What is Intel Rq'd?:
Intel Rq'd is, by all accounts, a group of organized zergers. We suffer from an acute case of Blue Bar and Red Bar OCD. We do not fear mistakes, we simply learn from them. We do not fear death, as we will soon be resurrected. After all, this is just a game.
We want to be at our best, but keep grounded to the idea that no one knows everything. We teach, we learn, and we have fun.
We do Hard/Elite raids nightly, and epic raids weekly, but we are not a hardcore or min/max guild. We are a bunch of casual gamers that play when we can. We don't have any requirements or expectations of our members other than to be respectful, listen, and help.
We are an active, helpful guild. When we started out, our goal was to have fun, learn, and teach. Everyone in Intel is willing to help out other people learn how to better their Play Style, Character Build, and Knowledge of Quests and Raids without belittling them and making them feel stupid just because they were new to the game. You don't have to be part of Intel Rq'd to benefit from these things, as we have honorary members that are in other guilds, but enjoy grouping with us.
What do you mean by "Intel Rq'd Presents?":
"Intel Rq'd Presents" is simply the way we advertise our LFMs so that everyone knows that we are sponsoring said Raid/Party/Epic. The reason we do this is because we have tried to create an atmosphere when grouping with others on the server that can maximize the fun of playing this game.
We are not concerned about character builds, experience, or gear, because we feel that any player that is willing to help and have fun with us can be an asset to our runs.
Everyone is welcome to join us for these runs, however, we tend to fill with guild members first, so be patient when applying to these LFMs. At any given time we have 8-20 members online, so space is limited, and we don't hold spots.
What is expected of non-guild members?
Being a casual guild, we often have many non-guild members in our groups with us, and many of these people are concerned about whether or not they can join our groups.
I want to assure all of the newer and less experienced players of one thing. You will NEVER be ridiculed in ANY of our groups for dying, making mistakes, or for using a build that others have deemed "sub-standard." All we ask is that you are respectful, listen, and have fun.
What If I don't think I'm "Good Enough"
Join us anyway.
Anytime you join an Intel Rq'd LFM, feel free to mention that you're new to the quest, or that you've never used your particular class for the specific raid. We will be more than willing to give you pointers and help you out. We welcome casters new to portal orders in shroud, people that are new to kiting in ToD, newcomers to Epics, etc...
How do I join Intel Rq'd
Intel Rq'd does not recruit. Our main focus is helping others reach the goals that they have set for themselves in a relaxed environment. However, you are welcome to group with us. We are online in full force from 6PM-Midnight EST. You don't need to be a part of the guild to benefit from what we have to offer in terms of social interaction, learning experience, and overall laid back gaming experience.
Also, if you would like more detailed information on our way of doing things and loot rules, visit http://intelrqd.guildlaunch.com
However, please don't flood our website with new applications. If you would like to join us, you're going to have to get to know us by grouping with us. Please don't fill out an application without getting to know us by joining our raids and leveling/farming parties.
