Apologies, sure its been covered at some point, but....

on a single weapon, does healing amp 10%, 20% and 30% all stack?

on a single weapon, do all the elemental absorb tiers stack assuming the same element?

on a single item, do all the elemental exceptional resists stack assuming the same element?

Yes, each tier stacks in some way with the other tiers. But two effects of the same tier (on different items) won't stack.
