That's right, I'm talking about Drinking DDO Games. We all know that DDO is srz biznes, but sometimes you just want to relax and kick back with a brew and some homies, ya know? Whether you've zerged Wiz King for the 4th time that night, or you just logged in after a hard day of makin' bacon, you deserve a little sumthin sumthin, and DDDO can help you get there.

Now, as we get older, pesky things start to interfere with our pimpin' lifestyles. You all know what I'm talkin' about: jobs; kids; wominz with rings. It starts to get so that you aren't sure when you had your last bender. You find some time to log in and toss down a few fireballs, and you can't even remember the rules to your favorite drinking games. What's more, noobs these days are all clueless and can't help. They're all like, "Int helps spell pen", and "Con is a dump stat," and "I drink milk when I'm gaming." Gah.

So I'm posting here, and I hope other peeps post too, to pass on some veteran wisdom. To make sure that others can live life to the fullest. To make sure we don't lose this treasured knowledge. And so that when I'm 82 and log in to the game I can tell the nurse to turn me over and git mah dam bottle, cuz I'm a gonna play some DDDO games. I'll start.

MAD (Mutually Assured Drunkenness)

This game is best played with shots of your favorite hard alcohol. The rules are simple. You have a buddy. When either one of you dies, the other one takes a shot. That's it! But while the rules may be simple, the potential for drunkenness is great.

Consider a pair of buddies duoing some quests. While early on they're both on top of their game, a simple slip means a shot. Buddy A starts getting a little tipsy, and is more likely to slip up, leading to a shot for Buddy B. As Buddy B gets more drunk he dies more, leading to more shots for Buddy A. By the time the night is over, both buddies should be dying repeatedly in harbor quests and have more penalties than Tie Domi.

This can be expanded to larger groups, where every time someone dies, the group takes a drink. This is likely to lead very quickly to mass drunkenness. Beware the Shroud... you probably won't finish.
