    Lets see:

    For a melee orientated build you got too much wisdom: 10 Base +6 Item +2Tome +1Enhancement = 19 More then enough for your needs. Actually you will be only able to cast level 5 spells so: 8Base +6Item +2Tome = 16 good enough for level 6 spells.

    Quicken and empower can be taken much later: quicken starts making sense at around 12-15... Empower Healing at level 6 Cleric.

    Hmm HOrc 2WF? Orc's are really good at THF so why go a HOrc? Why not Elf (+2/+2 on longswords or scimitars) or Drow (+2/+2 on Rapiers) will do similar damage as long as you dont go kophesh.

    If you are planning on solo'ing then elf with scim is a better choice. If you are planning on grouping mainly, helf with rogue dil enhanced will give you more dps.

    With a note to wis, it will be extremely difficult to get enough to have respectable DC's on your combat spells, after level 12 your spells will continually fall off in effectiveness. Even then, you'd be hard pressed to land spells in Amrath or IQ.

    I picked Half Orc because of there strength enhancemnts and he is useing maces/hammers not longsword/scimitars/rapiers

    I'm not a big fan of these cleric 12-based builds (even though I've made a few); but I think they should be melee-focused (or an AA if that's your thing). That means higher STR (pref. max) and less WIS than your build.

    Another downside to your build is (A) you delay TWF until very late (because you don't take any rgr lvls before lvl 13) and (B) you don't get GTWF (DEX too low, no rgr 11). So basically you're a subpar caster for the first half of your career, then a subpar battlecleric for the second half. That's, uhh, less than ideal.

    Also, the main reason to go with blunt weapons IMHO (apart from flavor) is for the Stunning property; but you don't take Stunning Blow and I'm not sure if you can get your DCs high enough to make it worthwhile anyway.

    Basically, I think you need to take this build back to the drawing board and reconsider.
