    Basically id just like to be sure I didnt miss anything feat wise or skills wise.

    What im going for is a dual wielding khopesh dps paladin with monk levels for evasion and the extra feats, also trying out the barbarian past life as it gives 20 hp and 1 rage per rest, not much but it might be interesting.

    Hp will be around 540 unbuffed and should hit 600 with rage, rage pot, madstone rage, etc, and with evasion its more than enough I believe.

    Let me know what you think, if you've seen similar builds recently that are more polished than mine, if you got ways to make it better, etc.

    Id also like some gear suggestion for the end game as I have never geared an end-game paladin.

    As a 36 pts build id like to be sure before making it, you know.

    A few minor comments -

    I would consider droping some human versatility for some more healing amp...

    Maybe push UMD out a little farther - it won't help much until mid/late life.

    I'd suggest looking at Junts's self healing paladin 18/2.

    I think you're wasting feats on UMD and the barb past life. Maximize heal or extend will serve you better to make your heals hit for more and make your damage spells last longer.

    Right now I'm sitting on 34 UMD with a bunny hat and triple positive goggles and that gets me 70% teleport, 90% raise dead, 70% heal, 100% fire shield, 100% shield, 90% recitation and more. Toss in 7 fingered gloves and I think that will be no fail heal scrolls all with a base 16 charisma and no UMD feat wasted (32pt build)

    I think my current stats are (ship buffed) 32 str, 24 charisma, 18 Wisdom, 22 dex, 12 int. If I was to TR twice I'd put everything extra into charisma and modify so as to hit DMIV.

    Without maximize if you take the full devotion enhancement line and human healing line you'll hit for over 120 with a cure serious spell making you pretty durable with SP + what you get from lay on hands while still doing pretty respectable DPS.

    The real challenge with this build is finding all the slots for the gear you need. Since you dump wisdom you can't ever take off that item else you can't cast spells on top of the fact that it gimps your saves and AC. Same thing for charisma since it gimps your smites and your loh. Dex is important for saves, strength is important for DPS/to hit so the only item you can afford to not wear is an Int item.

    Right now I've got GS Triple pos goggles (WHY OH WHY DID I NOT MAKE THEM CONC-OPP FOR THE +6 WISDOM!), Ravager Set, Tempest Set (Can't wear it because I need charisma on my 2nd ring) and some bard ring with +6 charisma +1 exceptional dex. DT armor with resist, +6 wisdom and Sundering ooze, Golden Cartouche for my neck but that won't last as soon as I find another home for charisma.

    Main point of all that, without great gear you can get good UMD, good DPS, good self healing, very high saves (45 reflex raid buffed) without spending feat slots on UMD.

    Also, the barb past life + madstones are going to hurt you for more than you gain imo since you lost the ability to use scrolls and self heal other than LOH.

    Also, I hit 512hp without a GS HP item and it's more than enough. I almost never die due to the extremely high saves and LOH for emergency heals.

    Ah, nice, good call on the Junts build its a good reference even though I want a slightly different character.
    I have to point out though that I DO have extend on my feat selection .
    I see your point on the berserker past life feat and madstone boots though, ill probably get rid of both.
    Also I should probably dump int to 8 and try to invest in cha to unlock DMIV, good point.

    If you're going 18/2 you can't get DM4. It requires 20 levels of Paladin. Your Cha is fine to get DM3 with a +2 Cha Tome.

    Since you have Extend, using Madstone isn't that hard, if you keep an eye on the timer. But it is situational. Madstone doesn't lock out DM or LoH. If you need to self-heal then you don't want it. If you're tanking and have a healer on you, there's not much reason not to use it. But it depends on how well you can time it to rebuff DF and Zeal.

    Dangit I totally forgot about that becaused I've been fixated on LRing into a pure pali again once I epic my SOS.

    I would use madstone in a raid but never solo. Nice thing about the boots is you can take them off unlike a feat.

    Also Pali's don't get a ton of skill points so if you can start with 8 int and at least eat a +2 tome you can max UMD and still get good jump + balance or intimidate should you so desire.

    Balance is good for soloing since you will get up more quickly from knockdown.

    One thing to consider is that starting with an 18 Str is better than starting with an 18 Cha for a THF Paladin.

    Every Str Bracket equals +1 to hit and +1.5 to dmg for a THF. Every bracket of DM equals +2 to dmg only. So it's only a .5 to dmg and -1 to hit.

    So starting with an 18 Str and 16 Cha is better than 16 Str and 18 Cha. Generally speaking. Especially if Human, since you can put all level ups in Str and use a Human adaptability to even it out (18 + 5 + 1 = 24)
