Prices are similar on all servers I believe. Here is roughly what they are worth on Cannith...
large stones - over 500k
arrows - about 150k
bones - max 100k
sharpnels - under 200k

MattySix's prices are pretty accurate with one exception - you can pretty much always buy one or two bones on the AH for under 25k.
