crystal bypasses some monsters DR... I thiiiiink at the moment the only monster it works on is dream stealer.....

what's a dream stealer, and does crystal work on anything else?

Crystal "works" on everything. The two advantages of crystal weps though are: 1) bypasses DR on dreamstealers (in the Inspired Quarter and Dreaming Dark quest packs mostly) and 2) you can use these kinds of weapons on rust monsters and oozes w/out incurring damage afaik. Never used by dreamspitter on oozes/rusties myself, cuz I have better things to beat on em but yea...

The DR/Crystal is mostly (solely?) for the IQ/DD pack. Otherwise, the answer would be

Sins of Attrition, and the drop rate is fairly good. You should see one every 2-3 runs if you hit all 5 chests.
